Responsibilities:

• assist in the collection of users’ requirements on building facilities;
• co-ordinate with consultants and contractors on building progress;
• conduct periodic inspections to ensure that the building works and the materials meet with the statutory requirements, specifications and quality standards; and
• handle contracts correspondences, minutes of meetings and defect report writing.

Applicants should:

• possess a degree / associate degree / higher diploma in Architectural, Building, Building Services Engineering or related discipline;
• have at least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in project management;
• possess practical knowledge in AutoCAD;
• possess good English and Chinese writing skills;
• have good communication and interpersonal skills; and
• be responsible, self-motivated and a team player.
