Job Description

Higher Certificate or above in Quantity Surveying or construction related discipline
-
Over 5 years of experience in quantity surveying field

Experience in interior fitting out projects is highly preferred
-
Hands on and solid experience in sub-contractors and commercial contracts administration, cost and budgeting controls, claims handling, tender submission, materials pricing and costs estimation etc.

Good PC skills

Good verbal and written Chinese and English

Good interpersonal communication skills and be a team player

Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
