Duties: 

• Producing design drawings for interior design projects, including layouts, elevations, 3D-renders and material selection
• Independently handle commercial / residential projects from design concept to detail design package during construction period.
• Produce CAD details of architectural sketches
• Manage full sets of presentation and tender documentations, detail design package
• Delivering highly committed and professional design service to our clients
• Develop operational plans for team members, managing execution and measuring results.
• Assist creative director to supervise and coach junior staff members in the daily works, develop team capabilities, and contribute to team cohesiveness

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma Holder in interior design, architecture or other related disciplines 
• Minimum 3-5 years or above relevant experience in commercial, residential design field
• Excellent design concepts, creative and good presentation skills, able to lead and coach junior team members
• Experience in handling clients and projects from design stage to job completion
• Design orientated and capable of preparing full set drawing / material specifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, AI, Sketch Up/3D Studio Max 3D rendering and freehand sketching
• Ability to handle multi tasks under pressure and dynamic environment, ability to meet tight and work overtime
• Proficiency in Mandarin and fluent English preferred
• Willing to travel occasionally
• Immediate available is preferred
