My client is a Main contractor.  Now she is looking for an experience Site agent (New Build) 

• Monitor the use of site labour, materials and plant resources to ensure they are in accordance with the project cost budget;
• Prepare master programme, manpower, materials & plant schedules;
• Ensure all short-term programmes are properly reviewed and communicated to all parties concerned;
• Ensure proper safety conduct and standards of all site operations;
• Provide effective and efficient site administration;
• Plan and organize various statutory inspections.

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Engineer/ Civil Engineer or equivalent;
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience in the control and supervision of construction projects;
• Experience as Sub Agent in major projects preferred;
• Good project management and planning skill;
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
