ESTATES OFFICE

The appointee will be reporting to the Manager/Assistant Manager (Cost and Contract Management) and will assist in monitoring the cost and contractual aspects of the capital works and the alterations, additions, repairs and improvements works of the University.

Applicants should have a recognised first degree/Associate Degree/Professional Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building Surveying/Building Studies or related disciplines with a minimum of five years of work experience in quantity surveying or related fields. Experience in handling Government-funded projects and/or possessing full membership of HKIS/RICS would be advantageous.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Reference salary range: HK$25,000 - HK$34,000

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
