Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day clerical duties
• Maintain department database records & filing system
• Assist in preparing quotation, tender, survey and related sales document
• Assist in order coordination, customer support and related sales activities

Requirement:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft office application
• Strong interpersonal skills and organizing skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks
• Less experience will be considered as Sales Clerk
