RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mechanical design for garment manufacturing equipment, e.g. cutting, molding, sewing, etc.;
• Develop mechanical design solutions from concept to detailed engineering design and prepare related technical documents;
• Conducts analysis of engineering design to meet product and manufacturing requirements;
• Provide engineering support to tooling, design verification and manufacturing and participate in root cause analysis and problem solving process of design related issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 8 years’ experience in mechanical design in Garment factories; Lingeries manufacturing is preferable;
• Proficient in at least one of CAD systems, e.g. AutoCAD, Pro/E, Solid Works, UG;
• Good knowledge of mechanical technology, e.g. tooling, molding, metal stamping, plating, and assembly process;
• Proactive, independent, good teamwork, strong communication and interpersonal skills, good command of written and spoken Putonghua and Cantonese;
• Frequent travel to China.
