Key Responsibilities: 

• To monitor property maintenance, building renovation and builder works
• To prepare the tender document of R & M builder works

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Construction Management, Building studies / Building Surveying or equivalent
• Green Card Cert. of Competent Person at confined space
• Minimum 5 year’s experience in Property & facilities maintenance and 2 year’s experience at supervision works
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
• Knowledge in PC applications including MS Excel and Word
• Responsible, work under pressure, independent, self-motivated and good communication skills
• Familiar with ISO9001, OSH18001, IMS is preferable
