Job Description
Job Scope:
- To develop and maintain marketing strategies for the assigned Category portfolio so as to meet agreed company objectives for PRC market
- To drive New Product development and launches within the assigned Category portfolio
- To prepare annual budget on assigned Category portfolio turnover and GP, and be responsible for Category portfolio P&L and A&P budget control
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business (or similar qualification), with good level of numeracy
- 6 to 8 years of Category management and trade/channel marketing experience in retail FMCG industry
- Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering marketing strategies to meet company objectives
- Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
- Knowledge and experience of PRC market is an advantage
- Excellent skills in operating software such as Excel, Powerpoint, Words and Graphic Editing software such as Photoshop; Illustrator; etc.
- Excellent analytical; organizational and prioritization skills
- Fluent in English and Putonghua
- Frequent travel to PRC is required
