Responsibilities:  

• Evaluate Domestic Appliances product and communicate with internal parties as to their suitability of sale;
• Form strong relationships with suppliers to improve product quality and ease of use in order to drive customer satisfaction, reduce returns and minimize the requirement for after sales support;
• Provide product evaluation expertise support in order to resolve issues from pre-shipment inspections and after sales support teams;
• Work closely with external and internal parties on the development of new products in compliance with buying briefs;
• Ensure all relevant testing being carried out and any necessary logs being collected during evaluation to provide high quality of performance and good traceability;
• Provide detailed evaluation reports to relevant parties to enable good visibility and effective follow-up.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in electronic/mechanical or equivalent discipline;
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in product testing, evaluation and compliance, with sourcing industry is preferable;
• Excellent project implementation and problem solving (able to think outside the box);
• Must be able to communicate well in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Strong at computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and general PC skills);
• Occassional travel is required.
