Job Duties:

• Lead new product development projects and manage the whole development cycle, from prototyping to mass production
• Review the feasibility and reliability of the products and quality control plan 
• Delegate tasks to team of engineers to complete deliverables in a timely manner
• Ensure close integration between marketing team, engineering team and manufacturing group
• Drive activities with the team members to meet each milestone
• Report to engineering director in corporate
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma holder in Engineering with at least 8 years of working experience in ODM in plastic & metal industry, and experience in healthcare products is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is must
• Strong planning and organizational skills in cross function matrix environment
• With good general knowledge in technologies
• Aggressive, self-motivated, and problem solving skill
• Immediate available is preferred
