Responsibilities:

• Direct report to Top management from Head Office.
• Responsible for supervising the factory daily operations; the overall management functions includes Production, Quality Assurance, Merchandising, Shipping, Finance, HR & Administration, IT and Compliance.
• Work closely with the management staff between the factory and all subsidiaries of the Group to ensure the achievements of the production plans, quality standards and on-time deliveries.
• Resolve problems arisen from different disciplines of the factory, improve and enhance the operational activities to optimize their results and customers’ satisfactions.
• Formulate the factory policies and procedures to meet internal and compliance needs, and make improvements whenever necessary.
• Manage the factory costs and budgets, conduct the analysis, regular reports and updates to the Senior Management.
• Develop people development plan and build up a high potential workforce.
• Liaise and maintain a good relationship with the domestic government officials

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• Over 10 years’ factory management experience with at least 5 years in managerial position, preferably in sizeable toys and Plastics manufacturing plants.
• Experience in operating a factory with 2000 workforce in Mainland
• Solid skills and experience in implementing production management systems/applications for improving production efficiency and productivity.
• Strong implementation, communication, result-oriented and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and Mandarin, proficient MS office skills.
• Self-motivated, team player, analytical and positive.
• PRC factory management experience is a must, with at least 10 years at managerial level.
• Familiar with ISO, 7S, MS Office
• Stationed at Dongguan Plate.
