The standard working hours are from 12 noon to 4 pm. Flexible working hours will be requested occasionally for evening meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting cleaners in tidying pantries and staff rooms at The Peak campus
• Providing refreshments for meetings and school events
• Coordinate meeting requirements with event host and setting up of meeting rooms and events as per request
• Conduct regular checking of the consumption of beverages, utensils or other pantry supplies and arrange replenishment.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Experience working in a related position
• Background in hospitality or catering
• Service-oriented, proactive working style
• Good interpersonal skills with colleagues, staff and visitors
• Capable of working as member of a team and individually with minimal supervision as needed.
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Flexibility in regards to working times
