Scope of Work:

• Handle all sales enquires by phone and email and ensure booking accuracy into PMS

• Prepare and follow up required documentation for each booking inclusive of deposit

• Check room availability status and bookings to maximize the hotel occupancy, average rate and room revenue

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant experience is preferred

• Form 7 or above

• Attention to details

• Happy smiley telephone voice

• Work in fast pace environment

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
