Responsibilities

• To supervise and may participate in housekeeping services including cleaning and sanitizing the guestrooms and hotel floors
• To ensure the Group's quality standards in guestrooms and floors are met at all times
• To take inventory control of linens on a daily basis
• To supervise and train employees assigned to area
• To establish a work schedule, and resolve any coverage issues

Requirements

• At least 2 year relevant experience in a similar capacity in the hotel / serviced apartment / property management industry
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills with positive service attitude
• Fluency in English and other languages is added value
• Excellent in problem-solving, planning and well organized
• Self-motivated, service-oriented with focusing on customer care; able to work independently
• Can work well under pressure and tight deadline with result-oriented attitude
