Qualifications

• 3 years or above hotel, western restaurant or club house working experience preferred
• Strong knowledge in Italian Food / Culture
• Cheerful, initiative, service oriented and able to communicate with guests with different cultural background;
• Strong organization skills and able to work under a high pressure working environment
• Excellent English
• Excellent personality and attitude, Good social skills
• Good problem solving skills & analytical capabilities
• Handle ad hoc projects if necessary
