Responsibilities

• Responsible for Oracle system implementation & deployment to Hong Kong and overseas business units to meet group's business expansion
• Working closely with India Oracle team, Bangladesh IT team, Hong Kong and overseas units for the  requirements and ensure system implement smoothly
• Provide technical support/ solution for the entire system
• Understand company’s business process, transaction process, organization structure, department structure and the overall need of each department and develop automaton requirement and implement in Oracle EBS system
• Develop custom business reports from Oracle EBS system based on user/department/management requirement
• Produce functional specification and technical documentations, develop training materials and assist in user training
• Provide technical support for IT related issues

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
• Possess Oracle and EBS training certificate
• Minimum 6 years solid experience in using Oracle EBS (especially Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-cash processes)
• Experience in supporting the processes of rollout, implementation including project planning, analysis, design, development and report building and maintenance of Oracle ERP applications
• Experience in support accounting/HRM/systems in large organization with multiple business and users
• Sound experience/knowledge in Trading (Bulk Commodities) and Shipping( Dry Cargo Bulk Shipping) and Manufacturing (Cement Industry) will have advantage
• Proficiency in spoken & written English and Chinese
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
• Good communications, Independent, meticulous, pro-active and self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS word, excel, PowerPoint & outlook
• Familiar to work in multi-national culture
• Immediate available is highly preferred
