Responsibilities:

• Primary interface with key business clients for business requirements, gap analysis, development of framework, planning, communications, reporting, reviewing, measuring, execution, change management and control
• Serves as a subject matter expert in the application of BPM tools and methods to complex and diversified business environments.
• Demonstrated technical and management capabilities in full life-cycle BPM engagements.
• Demonstrated knowledge with requirements tools for case development
• Integrate current leading BPM technologies with ERP platform, and extend to web and mobile applications to deliver total mobility solutions
• Lead teams in architecting and building Proofs of Concepts and demonstrating the capabilities of the BPM discipline
• Building business cases with sound ROI justifications that support the piloting of new processes and technologies

Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 5 years working experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager or Consultant. 
• At least 3 years of experience in one of the core IBM Business Process Management products (formerly Lombardi) such as IBM Business Process Manager, IBM Blue Works Live, IBM Business Monitor or similar solutions.
• Experience in collecting, analyzing and consolidating business intelligent information and Business Case Writing.
• Experience in producing a variety of deliverables: BRD, Functional Specifications, Cases benchmarking, Process Flows, SOP.
• Experience to work with cross-functional teams (interfacing with business users, developers, project managers, QA, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with WebSphere Process Server, Integration Designer/Developer, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
• Understanding of agile software development methodology (Scrum) and PMP certified is added advantage.
• Knowledge of Business process improvement, gathering of data from the users and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Effective consulting and communication skills.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst
