Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the IT manager and assist in monitoring and maintaining the ERP system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Identify existing software solution gaps and align with stakeholders to increase user efficiency as well as creating use case documents, testing scenarios and develop new modules
• Provide training and also technical supports on the ERPsystem to internal users
• Support and monitoring of around 70 Windows-based office workplaces for Hong Kong and Bangladesh offices in teamwork with the Germany based IT Department
• Assist in monitoring of a Windows-based Cisco IP-network and attached components (VoiP, VideoConferencing, Notebooks, MS-Office, Printer, BlackBerries)
• Provide helpdesk call service and troubleshooting of IT components, MS Office and Exchange issues including incident/problem identification, resolution and escalation in teamwork with the German IT
• Installation, configuration, testing and support of Notebooks, printer, BlackBerries and telephone sets
• Support and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the IT Manager
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 2 years+ relevant working experience ideally with sound knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 R2
• Experience in ERP system, Cisco call centre system, Microsoft programming languages, SQL and system scripting
• Good analytical, troubleshooting skills and positive working attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skill and a proactive team player
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
