JOB DESCRITPITION

• Provide timely and quality resolution for the helpdesk related incidents
• Provide daily technical support service to internal users
• Carry out routine tasks, system administration, maintenance, service provisioning and ad-hoc task
• Problem investigation and solving, suggest suitable solutions for ad-hoc issues and improve work operations using IT and office automation
• Liaise with other support function teams to resolve IT related problems either via phone, remove tools or desktop support

QUALIFICATION

• At least 5 years’ IT user support experience, ideally in a multinational environment
• Strong communicator, team player and can work under high pressure.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese

CAPABILITY

• Strong analytical mind and problem solving skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows domain environment, Microsoft Office, Windows and TCP/IP Network
