Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Managing the whole order fulfillment cycle from Goods Receipt/Inbound, Put-away, Picking, Packing, Dispatch and Returns of Clinical Trial Materials
• Collaborate with internal parties and Principal Study Project Manager in launching projects in Hong Kong warehouse
• Provide Principal and Customer services to site investigator/CRA and Study Project Manager
• Drive services excellence projects to improve efficiency and accuracy throughout the entire CTM operations.
• Conduct local sourcing of drugs for clinical trials
• Execute cycle stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Continually review all aspects of the operation, working closely with customers and own team to improve customer service, quality, cost and inventory accuracy
• Strong team working environment by setting clear expectations on how the team need to work together to improve performance
• Promote and ensure a consistent, fair and thorough approach to the implementation of people policies and procedures
• Prepare operations KPI report for internal management and generate operations report for Principals
• Deliver full compliance to all company and legislative health & safety requirements, as well as excellent standards of GDP, hygiene and housekeeping
• Coach and engage your team to ensure they perform to an acceptable standards and operate in accordance with site GDP, GMP and GCP quality systems

Job Requirements:

• Excellent warehouse management experience in a fast-moving, multi-customer environment
• A high level of time management, prioritization and organizational skills coupled with the ability to multi-task.
• Proven analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Drive and determination to deliver continuous improvement
• Exposure to operating in a fast moving, commercial environment with a strong customer service bias
• All-round knowledge of health & safety at work and GDP practices
• PC Skills: Excel, Word, Warehouse Management Systems
