Duties

• Develop and implement large-scale and high-performance financial / securities applications and systems

• Participate in application performance tuning

• Perform application testing, delivery and technical support

• Work with product and design teams to come up with the best user experience and application flow

• Assure system quality and sustainability through proper design, testing and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• 1 year solid experience in application development using C++ or Java

• Knowledge in Linux, MySQL, JavaScript is a plus

• Analytical thinking, good problem solving and debugging skills

• Self-motivated, dynamic and able to work with challenges

• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule independently and proactively

• Good communication skills in English and Chinese

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Programmer

• Fresh graduates are also welcome
