Job duties:

- Provide technical support to end-users

- Perform server and application setup

- Troubleshoot software problems

- System documentation updates

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent, holder MCSE is preferred

- Knowledge in SQL and Database Software

- Knowledge in Windows server and Linux server is an advantage

- Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Able to work under pressure and self-motivated

- Travel is required
