Responsibilities

• Collect business requirements from business stakeholders and identify business needs
• Review business processes for any improvement need
• Prepare technical specifications and liaise with development team for any technical solution
• Define projects scope, plan, testing and schedule
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for system development and integration
• Prepare documentation and reports
• Prepare user training manual and material

 Requirements

• University degree/High Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology and related disciplines
• Experience in project implementation will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of ERP is a plus
• Excellent communication skill in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong analytical skills, sel-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst Trainee
• Occasional travel to PRC or oversea
