Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare regional sales reports, inventory reports, financial and management reports and presentation package in an accurate and timely manner.
• Prepare financial analysis summaries and research issues, providing timely feedback to sales and management teams.
• Review customer/country financial performance, including variance analysis on actual results vs. budget and forecast, trend analysis, risk/opportunity analysis and profitability contribution by customer/product.
• Coordinate with Headquarter and Business units to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Liaise with business partners for annual budget and forecasts on regular basis and input the data in the ERP system.
• Assist credit review and monthly inventory provision.
• Perform special projects including annual audits, tax engagement, system implementation and other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or University degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline. With qualification in professional accounting body is desirable.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in consumer industry is preferable
• Have strong business acumen and high numerical sensitivity
• Be a good team player and able to work under high pressure
• Independent, proactive with positive and hands-on attitude, able to meet tight time line in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience in SAP accounting systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English and Chinese (including Putonghua), along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with business partners.
• Be willing to travel as required.
