JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization.
• Anticipate and identify issues with campaigns and creative.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery and performance.
• Interact with account managers, engineers and partners on various projects.
• Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflow.
• Occasional travel between office sites.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Minimum 2 years related experience
• Passion for TV game, online game, mobile game and/or game-changing technology.
• Willing to work in a rapidly changing team environment.
• Familiarity with ad servers, rich media vendors, web debugging tools (Firebug, HTTPFox, Fiddler, etc.).
• Familiarity of how web sites and online ads work.
• Exposure to online ad serving concepts- digital, video, mobile, social.

PERSONAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

• Quick learner who loves to pick up new tools/software for reporting & analysis.
• Organized, detail oriented and highly focused.
• Good technical communicator - can work with an Engineering team to build features you need.
• Can work with Sales and Analytics teams to plan and optimize campaigns for performance.
• Cool under pressure and able to concentrate in the middle of any chaos.
• Creative problem solver, self-motivated and driven.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (both written and spoken); fluent in Putonghua is a must
• Immediate availability is preferable
