Scope of Responsibilities:

• Serve as a toy’s manufacturer, and identify opportunities to use information technology in effective and innovative ways as a means of maximizing productivity and profitability in all areas of the business;
• Leading HK and PRC IT team and work closely with business units in building and driving continuous improvement on IT operations to support growth and changes in organization;
  
• Leading the ERP implementation of projects and providing related user training ;
• Working closely and liaise with ERP service provider to ensure the smooth ERP implement and maximizing the function satisfaction ;
• Improve the working relationship and cost/quality efficiency. Provide guidance and instruction of operation to users as well as managing in-house training
• Monitor IT services
• Direct report to Assist. General Manager ;
• Improve the operating procedures and enhance the control policies for new operation if any;

Candidate Specifications:

• A university degree in Computer Science, System Engineering or an equivalent advanced technology degree;
• At least 5 years of IT management experience;
• Prior experience in a manufacturing/materials environment (high volume, repetitive manufacturing environment preferred);
• Hands on solid experience in ERP project implementation and extensive clear understanding on production workflow ;
• Knowledge of MS-Windows and MS-SQL database , crystal report and Visual Studio.net will be an advantage ;
• Demonstrated very strong IT planning / project management skills;
• Solid understanding of manufacturing business;
• Ability to drive the development and implementation of key information technology elements to directly link to business needs;
• Familiar with project management tools, statistical manufacturing analysis, inventory management, standard and actual costing systems, and inventory management;
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the capability to articulate and support rationale of recommendations to both senior management and people on the shop floor;
• A proven team player and relationship builder with the ability to work effectively across functional lines with technical and non-technical staff;
• Chinese is a MUST while English is a PLUS.
