Responsibility

• To provide full spectrum of secretarial and administration support to the senior management;
• To provide general administrative matters including office renovation, stationary, furniture& equipments, incoming & outgoing mailing system etc. and human resources matters;
• To coordinate with internal and external parties for events arrangement
• Ad-hoc assignments or projects
• Post-secondary graduate, Diploma Business Administration, Legal, Human Resources preferred
• At least 2 years secretarial experience,
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is must
• Proficiency in computer skills and attentive to details
