Job Summary

The Project Manager role is part of the high performing and dynamic team to support our client various IT infrastructure commissioning and rollout for our enterprise customers in Hong Kong and Macau. This role will give you an opportunity to strengthen your project management exposure as the scale, size and complexity of these projects are significant.

Specifically, we are looking for a number of capable and energetic project managers to join our PMO team to deliver PMO solutions and project management expertise to our clients in Hong Kong and Macau.

Key responsibilities:

To coordinate with project management office, hotel operator, designer, main contractor and relevant vendors, consultants and headquarters on design, operations and on­site implementation issues of the new hotel project assigned.

• Act as point of contact to monitor and evaluate the quality and progress of the project with management in headquarters and hotel
• Perform rollout quality control from an operations, infrastructure and facility point of view at the various stages; conduct daily inspection as per Company’s standards, and participate in project site meeting with vendors
• Review the implementation plans of computer, point of sales, telephone and card key system, and coordinate on the installation and interface; review the design, layout and location of the various facilities; supervise and coordinate on the receiving, storage and installation of the hotel operating equipment
• Facilitate the set­up of hotel pre­opening office
• Conduct in-depth inspection and maintain proper documentation prior handing over to hotel operator
  
  

Competencies and Experience Required:

• Diploma or above, preferably in IT hardware, infrastructure or related
• Solid experience in project management includes infrastructure, equipment and facilities deployment process, commissioning sequence, etc.
• Familiar with hospitality operation would be an advantage but not must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Possess high integrity, uncompromised ethics and business conduct
• Responsible and self-motivated
• Well-organized
• Attention to detail
• willing to work in Macau
