Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To liaise and communicate with business partners such as insurance companies and large corporations to build business and explore joint collaboration opportunities.
- To maintain, review, coordinate, negotiate, and filing of the billing agreements and insurance contracts in a timely manner.
- To collect, analyze and report up-to-date insurance market information and trend.
- To organize regular meetings with various departments regarding issues and concerns, and to participate in meetings with insurance companies.
Requirements:
- University graduate or above.
- 3 years of health care or medical insurance experience, preferably in provider relations nature
- Experience in service industry and customer serviceProficiency in MS Office Application such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
