The Job

• Handle claim transactions in the computer system and ensure claims are settled promptly and equitable within policy terms/limits.
• Provide clerical support in claims processing such as record keeping, processing of payment & maintain proper filing system
• Check and authorize the claims according to the authorized limit.
• Provide support in telephone enquiry from intermediaries and customers
• Assist to superiors in handling of special projects or any other duty assigned

 The Person

• F.5 or above with 3 years relevant working experience, more experience will be considered to Supervisor
• Customer-service oriented, responsible, and detail-minded
• Knowledge in medical insurance
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel and Chinese word processing)
