Job Description
Qualities:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service to brokers, with policy administration and underwriting experience.
- Insurance background (International Medical Insurance would be an advantage).
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills;
- Self-motivated and well organized;
- Team player, yet able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing distribution channels’ relationships;
- Delivering excellent customer service in accordance with procedures and regulations.
Education and qualification:
- University graduate from Hong Kong or overseas.
- IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3.
- Good command of written and spoken, English and Chinese are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
