- Oversea the operations of the factory from purchasing to delivery
- Responsible for the human resource and general administration function
- In charge of the maintenance team including recommending investment in technology, equipment, systems..etc that will enhance production capabilities
- Supervise quality standards and enforce quality-control programs
- Observe effective maintenance of workplace health, safety and environment
- Ensure corporate governance and compliance to regulatory authorities
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Degree in Business Administration/Production Management or its equivalent
- Possess strong analytical and leadership skills
- Able to deal with issues and challenges and provide practical solutions
- Preferably with knowledge of manufacturing of lead acid batteries
- Some travelling will be required
