Job Description

• Oversea the operations of the factory from purchasing to delivery
• Responsible for the human resource and general administration function
• In charge of the maintenance team including recommending investment in technology, equipment, systems..etc that will enhance production capabilities
• Supervise quality standards and enforce quality-control programs
• Observe effective maintenance of workplace health, safety and environment 
• Ensure corporate governance and compliance to regulatory authorities
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Degree in Business Administration/Production Management or its equivalent
• Possess strong analytical and leadership skills
• Able to deal with issues and challenges and provide practical solutions
• Preferably with knowledge of manufacturing of lead acid batteries
• Some travelling will be required
