Job Responsibilities

• Explore new business opportunities in overseas market
• Formulate and implement competitive strategies, product planning and marketing in new developed market.
• Responsible for the overall sales, production and administration 
• Responsible for all aspects of account management from sales forecasting to new business development. 
• Lead the sales team to expand a strong relationship with the wholesale network and explore new opportunities 
• Sensible to the business issues, needs of customers and oversea market practice and regulations.
• Analyze market trends, determine current needs and recommend value-added solutions & services for clients
• Plan and coordinate training programs, promotion and communication activities.
• Support and maintain close communication and partnership with headquarters management
• Work according to the approved budget and take continuous initiatives to improve control of cost and time.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in related disciplines with working experience in manufacturing companies. Master degree is preferred but not necessary.
• At least 10 years of Sales & Marketing or Business Development working experience with good track records. 
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in business development, qualification and administration.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, self-motivated, independent, hard working, stable, mature and willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Solid work ethic and strong time and project management skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally or regularly across assigned markets or regions.
