Job Responsibilities:

• To lead of full spectrum of HR and administration operations; includes people development, C&B, staff activities & relationship etc.
• To monitor, review and implementation HR & PRC policies, procedures by establishing workflow/ manual; 
• To operate a suggestion scheme for continuous improvement; 
• To implement the culture of addressing issues of C&B incentive scheme;
• To perform office budget planning & control;
• To able to work under pressure, handle multi-tasking and to meet target on schedule
• To handle ad-hoc report and project as required. 
   

 Job Requirement:

• Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• 3+ years leadership experience in Human Resources & Administration Operations both in HK and China;
• Hands-on HRIS practices (SMAS is highly preferrable)
• Capable to handle multi-tasks projects, operations and administration management;
• Experience to establish work procedures, people development, staff activities and relationship etc. 
• Excellence in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
