Job Description
Duties:
- Handle general accounts receivable functions, such as issue invoices, update payment record
- Assist in maintaining the accounting ledger
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment
- Assist in month-end closing & prepare reconciliations
- Assist in ad hoc assignments and provide support & co-ordinate with other department
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting with LCC Higher qualification or above
- At least 1 year of accounting experience
- Experience in office and accounting software
- Fluent in both spoken and writing English, good command in Mandarin
- Strong sense of commitment, self-motivated, independent, well organized and good interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, responsible, self disciplined
- Permanent position
- Stable working hour, work overtime is not required
- 13 days paid annual leave
