Duties:

• Handle general accounts receivable functions, such as issue invoices, update payment record
• Assist in maintaining the accounting ledger
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment
• Assist in month-end closing & prepare reconciliations
• Assist in ad hoc assignments and provide support & co-ordinate with other department

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting with LCC Higher qualification or above
• At least 1 year of accounting experience
• Experience in office and accounting software
• Fluent in both spoken and writing English, good command in Mandarin
• Strong sense of commitment, self-motivated, independent, well organized and good interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, responsible, self disciplined
• Permanent position
• Stable working hour, work overtime is not required
• 13 days paid annual leave
