Responsibility
- Conduct equity research, industry research, management interviews and site visits;
- Analyze information obtained from different sources;
- Develop financial models and perform financial analysis;
- Prepare valuation reports;
- Appraise company or asset values using different approaches for various purposes (e.g.  transaction, financial reporting, tax, etc.);
- Work closely with clients, targets, experts and other professionals in different projects; and
- Provide valuation advisory support to clients during discussions.

Qualifications
- University graduates with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience
- Research skills and ability to analyze financial statements and forecasts
- Strong Excel knowledge and good report-writing skills
- High initiative with good team work and good communication skills
- Individual is expected to travel in the PRC or overseas on assignments
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage

- Candidate with Bloomberg system knowledge would be an advantage

- Candidate with higher experience will be considered as Senior Analyst.
