Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to provide all round professional Human resources services for business units.
- Developing and implementing effective strategies and policies of staff recruitment and selection in Hong Kong and Macau.
- Required to work closely with the Line Managers in key Human Resources initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- 8 years experience in recruitment and employee relations in sizable organization, with exposure in retail industry is an advantage.
- A good team player with effective interpersonal, presentation, planning & organizing, and project management skills.
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing.
- Immediately available is preferred.
