Responsibilities:

• Responsible to provide all round professional Human resources services for business units.
• Developing and implementing effective strategies and policies of staff recruitment and selection in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Required to work closely with the Line Managers in key Human Resources initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• 8 years experience in recruitment and employee relations in sizable organization, with exposure in retail industry is an advantage.
• A good team player with effective interpersonal, presentation, planning & organizing, and project management skills.
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• Immediately available is preferred.
