Responsibilities:

• Assist merchandising managers to prepare seasonal OTB budget;  
• Prepare daily and monthly sales, inventory and delivery reports;
• Communicate with shops concerning all general merchandising issue;
• Assist merchandisers in all routine works;
• Provide administrative support to merchandising team;  
• Ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Retail industry;
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and Chinese word processing, knowledge in AS400 system will be an added advantage;
• Detail-minded, good coordination and communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
