Main Responsibilities:

• Handle potential customer cases and enquiries.
• Follow up with existing customers on loan repayment and redemption.
• Promote loan service to new and existing customers.
• Meet company sales and customer satisfaction targets 

Requirements:

• Form 5 or Above.
• At least 2 years of working experience in service oriented industry.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills in spoken Chinese & English.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Strong problem solving skills and pleasant demeanor.
• Positive attitude: cheerful, enthusiastic, helpful, committed, willing to learn and courteous.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Experience in Consumer Finance and Money Lending a Plus.
• Candidates with more experience shall be considered for Senior Officer/ Manager position
