Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Overall project management and contract administration of fitting out project
- Preparation of tender drawing, specification and construction drawing
- Handle tendering process
- Regular site supervision
Requirements:
- Relevant working experience
- Good communication skill
- Well organized and reliable
- Positive attitude with strong team spirit
- Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Registered professional is a plus
- LEED AP / Beam Pro or equivalent experience is a plus
- Willing travel to PRC is a plus
