Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Project Manager to manage the fitting-out for retail project
- Coordinate projects scheduling, drawings, documentation and tendering
- Assist in negotiation of project T&C with contractors and vendors
- Liaise with internal departments, contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution of project
- Monitor the projects progress
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, Survey or any related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' related experience in retail industry
- Able to work independently to meet tight deadlines
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Office
