Duties:

• Establish budgets and cost plans based on outline design schemes or assumptions
• Review and comment on budgets, cost plans, tenders and contracts submitted by QS Consultant/local project teams
• Follow up tenders and contracts award procedure
• Review and bulk check on payment, VO assessment or final account submitted by QS Consultant/local project teams

Requirements:

• University graduate in Quantity Surveying. Membership of RICS/HKIS is preferred
• Minimum 8 years working experience in which at least 4 years must be gained in developer or consulting firms on PRC projects
• Good computer skills and taking-off skills are necessary. Familiar with Chinese word processing is preferred
• Proficient in Mandarin is a must
• Frequent travel to the PRC is required
