Our HR & Admin Manager’s duties include basically a full spectrum of HR and Administration duties, and as the Company continues to grow with new position openings which will need to be fulfilled very quickly to match with our business growth, we expect the HR & Admin Manager will initially deploy most of her/his times in the Selection & Recruitment process for both junior and senior positions, and be able to work very closely with Management and Line Managers to define requirement specificationsJob Responsibilities:
• For AD position, ones must be able to manage multiple production designers, quality control, final decision making artwork sign-off and press checks, and coordination with in-house photo studios and project managers both locally and overseas.
• Able to initiate and execute ideas with strong art direction and graphic skills.
• Produce excellent design quality, able to solve complex design problems with a high level of creativity for web page design and online advertising design / concept.
• Manage Packaging Designs for a series of Electronics and Computer Accessory Products from conceptual idea to final production.
• Manage CI and Corporate Literature, Structural Packaging Design, Web Design, Retail Display, Outdoor Billboards, Exhibition Booths, Print Ads and Electronic/Mobile/Web and Event Marketing design work.
• Other ad-hoc assignment and projects as required.
Job Requirements :
• Diploma holder or above.
• 5 years (10 Years plus for Art Director position) relevant experience in Web Design, corporate design with outstanding clientele and work portfolio in CI, corporate literature and event graphics.
• Solid experience in file pre-production and production in print media as well as multimedia.
• Booth design and setup experience in commercial packaging design preferred.
• Experience in advertising design such as leaflets, banners, posters, outdoor billboards, print ads and electronic/mobile/web and event marketing.
• Proficient in designing and creating navigation, graphic and multimedia assets for websites and online projects.
• Excellent command of different software including Photoshop, Illustrator, freehand, Flash, Dreamweaver, 3D Studiomax, Lightwave & Solidwork etc;.
• Programming knowledge in HTML, DHTML, Action script and Javascript preferred;
• Knowledge of Internet development and web design trends.
• Knowledge on PHP Programming, and Flash ActionScript is an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility and strong work ethic, able to handle projects independently and work under pressure.
• Independent, organized, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
• Creative, strong graphic sense, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Efficient, Hard-Working, detailed-oriented.
• Self-Motivated & able to work under
• Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects at once and possess the ability to keep up with changing task prioritization without sacrificing quality.
• Experience in 4A Advertising agency or international design house is a definite advantage.
• Experience in IT retail chain display is definitely an advantage.
