For Technology Services Manager – Special Projects:

Duties and Responsibilities  

• Responsible for the business analysis and project management of key internal systems
• Responsible for requirement analysis, solution evaluation and implementation, and user training
• Works with the third-party service providers and/or in-house development team to develop solutions and monitor project progress
• Develop project plan, implement monitoring procedures, communicate project status to management and resolve project issues
• Prepare requirements specifications, business cases, proposals, RFPs and other relevant documentation

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Project Manager, preferably with PMP or equivalent qualifications
• At least two years’ experience as a business or systems analysis
• Full lifecycle experience from planning to implementation and conversion
• Has solid experience in web application projects for business operations and support systems
• Good at problem-solving, has passion in new technologies, appreciates challenges and works well in a team environment
• Flexible, continuous learner with good communication skills and business sense

For Technology Services Manager – Products & Services:

Duties and Responsibilities  

• Support cloud computing strategy and roadmap from a technical perspective
• Effectively develop and communicate technical solutions to meet client requirements
• Establish technical architecture of private and hybrid cloud implementations
• Lead implementation of cloud infrastructure and integration work
• Define standard stacks for use in cloud migration and data center consolidation
• Lead migration of existing workloads to private, public and hybrid cloud solutions

Qualifications

• Solid real-world experience with AWS, OpenStack and/or Windows Azure
• Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years software/computer engineering experience
• At least one year of experience architecting and building solutions leveraging cloud services
• Full lifecycle experience with cloud migration, data center consolidation and migration projects
• Good at problem-solving, has passion in new technologies, appreciates challenges and works well in a team environment
• Flexible, continuous learner with good communication skills and business sense
