Job Description

Responsibilities:


• Perform general receptionist duties and manage the reception area;
• Provide HR administrative and clerical support, documents and report filing;
• Support company activities, meeting and appointment;
• Provide supports and participate in ad-hoc project as assigned;
• Establish & maintain an efficient administrative system.

 

Requirements:


• Diploma in Administration or relevant discipline;
• Min. 3 years’ clerical working experience;
• Mature, self-motivated, able to work independently;
• Good communication and inter-personal skills;
• Responsible, hardworking, able to multi-task to meet tight schedule;
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
