General Description

The candidate will be responsible for providing IT service to our offices, warehouses, boutiques in Hong Kong and Macau.

Job Responsibilities

Helpdesk Support

• To provide helpdesk support to end user on Information Systems;
• To provide end-user support on PC Software, Hardware;
• To assist workstation installation and software deployment;
• To maintain software and hardware inventory;
• Have to work with ITSM/ITIL on daily operation.

Infrastructure Support

• Manage MS servers;
• Network infrastructure planning and support;
• Manage infrastructure or renovation project.

Requirements

• Diploma or above;
• 2-3 year of experience;
• Holder of MCP/MCSE/MCITP is an advantage, Strong knowledge in PC hardware, standard MS Applications (MS Exchange, MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer) and operation systems (Windows XP / 7);
• Familiar with general IT infrastructure (AS400, VPN, Firewall, and Network connectivity);
• Patient, reliable, able to work independently;
• Good communication skills,
• Good command in both English and Cantonese.
