Responsibilities

• Be responsible for daily accounting operations, AP, AR, and reporting;
• Support superior in month-end closing, year-end closing, and external audit;
• Provide clerical support on both office administration and supply chain management;
• Perform ad-hoc duties / participate cross functional units project assigned by superior

Requirements

• LCCI intermediate, or diploma, or higher;
• 2 years related working experiences preferably in industrial sector but fresh graduate with good working attitude will also be considered;
• Experience of using accounting system is an asset;
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Fluent in spoken & written English and Cantonese;
• Proactive, independent, detail oriented, reliable and stable, and be a good team player;
• Immediate available is preferred

We offer 5 days work, bank holidays and no travelling is required.
