Job Description
Job Requirement :
- Degree in Computer Science or other Information Technology Discipline
- At least 3 years experience in Network Security Industry
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- With hands on knowledge of popular brands of routers/switches, firewalls, wireless and other networking devices such as VPN, load balancers, etc.
- Solid project experience in deploying networking and network security related project at Enterprise customer will be a plus
- CCNA, CCNP, certificate with Load Balancer, Enterprise Firewall/NGFW/Applicaiton Firewall solution will be a plus
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as junior position
Job Description :
- Assist in presales activities including technical product management, project design and offer solution consultancy for Networking and security solution
- Assist in network security solution project implementation and troubleshoot issues encountered
- Provide technical supports to partners and customers for network security solutions
- Provide training / presales support to partners and customers
- Regional support may be required as per regional team request on APAC region
