ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Input data into Accounting System and ensure all entries are recorded accurately and timely, includes but not limited to data input for AP, AR, incoming/outgoing payments and Journal Vouchers
• Review invoices and other relevant documents, and ensure their accuracy and reasonableness Ensure all relevant commercial documents such as invoice, agreements/contracts with various parties, accounting records, and other financial information are filed kept in accordance with the Company policies and local statutory requirements
• Perform daily sales audit and reconcile to merchant accounts
• Perform intercompany transaction, issue debit note and reconcile ITC balance
• Assist in month-end closing as well as prepare standard and recurring journals, and to make any necessary adjustments.
• Reconcile both purchase and sales invoices to ensure the accuracy of inventory balance and sales revenue
• Perform other various duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned and within deadlines

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or above in Accounting Studies with LCCI 3rd level
• At least 4-5 years accounting experience, experience in retail industry is preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and good working attitude
• Experience in ERP system and proficient in using MS Word and MS Excel applications
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Immediate available is highly desired
